Primary school in Warsaw
Warsaw, Poland, 2021
A distinctive feature of this institution is its personalized teaching standards, which respond to the individual needs of students. To ensure full accessibility and comfort of use, the school was designed as a single-story building, which facilitates free movement for all users. The educational system is based on mutual cooperation and learning through dialogue, which is why the heart of the project is an open library connected to an outdoor courtyard—a space for meetings, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas. The building has five internal courtyards, including two winter gardens. Green spaces, combined with natural wood finishes, bring light, freshness, and a sense of closeness to nature into the interior.
In terms of construction, the building was designed using CLT frame technology, which ensures durability, a high-quality internal environment, and the sustainable nature of the investment. The solutions used also allow for easy adaptation of the building to other functions in the future.
