I developed my design knowledge at the Warsaw University of Technology and at the Università della Svizzera Italiana in Switzerland, where I completed my Master’s degree. It was there that I solidified my belief that architecture should emerge holistically from attentiveness — to people, place and time. At the core of my interests are humanistic values, sustainable solutions, and the disappearing heritage of our surroundings, which I perceive as a delicate yet essential layer of contemporary space.
When traveling, I strive to read space as a story about its inhabitants. I sketch, observe daily rituals, the ways people spend their leisure time, and the subtle sensitivity to beauty that reveals itself in details. I believe that beauty is as important as functionality — not an addition, but an integral element of well-designed architecture. A strong project not only engages the senses, but also carries a clear, thoughtful intention and consciously builds a relationship between people and space.
Process which matters to me
The design process in architecture begins with research and concept development, where architects analyze site conditions, client needs, and functional requirements. It then moves into schematic design and refinement, involving sketches, models, and digital renderings to explore spatial organization and aesthetics. Finally, the design is translated into construction documents and specifications, ensuring feasibility, structural integrity, and compliance with regulations before execution.
